What neighborhoods do you offer service?
We currently have service available in Loop, West Loop, South Loop*, River North, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square*, and Hyde Park*. Please reach out to us if you don’t see your neighborhood, we’d love to know where service is needed so that we could potentially expand there next! (*) Limited Service Area
What time will my sitter visit my cat(s)
our sitters are dispatched between 10:00 am – 3:00 pm and require a 5-hour arrival window.
Does the same sitter visit each time?
To maintain consistent service availability for our clients, we operate as a group so it’s usually between 1-2 cat sitters visiting depending on the length of a trip. It is always our goal to have the same sitter for as much of a booking as possible.
My cat needs medications, is that something you do?
We understand that medications are needed at times and are happy to help to the best of our ability. Since we are not trained vet techs, we have some limitations with medications that can’t be administered in food. We’d be happy to speak with you in further detail to see if we’re the best fit for your pet’s medical situation.
Do you take last-minute appointments
Although we cannot guarantee that we’ll have availability, we have a pretty good track record for accepting appointments, even on the same day. Also, with the addition of our new online booking system, we give clients the opportunity to view our availability and book service with just 24-hours prior notice. If service is ever needed with less than 24-hours notice, we simply ask to be contacted via telephone.
What is the process to start pet sitting service?
Before service is started, we typically set up an in-person orientation, in which one of our associates will meet with you at your home to discuss your cat(s) care routine as well as collect any necessary information such as an emergency contact and/or veterinarian information. This brief “meet and greet” allows us to make sure all details are discussed prior to starting service for the first time. There is no charge for an orientation and we can also collect keys at this time.
How many sets of keys do I need to provide?
We ask for at least 1 set of building keys and 2 sets of house entry keys including any building entrance fobs.
Can you retrieve keys from my doorman?
Absolutely, many clients leave keys with their building personnel and have us check-out keys during our visit.
Are you bonded and insured
Absolutely and we provide our Certificate of Insurance in every client welcome packet

When do I pay for service and what forms of payments do you accept?
We kindly ask that services are paid in full by the start date to ensure that we have the cash flow available operate effectively. Moreover, we accept all major credit/debit cards and e-checks
